		<description>There is another argument to act now, beyond the obvious damage to our planet. It is an economic one. GHG emissions are causing harm to our economy already, we just refuse to connect the dots. Wildfires in California, flooding in the midwest, tornados in Kansas, beetles devastating our forests...the damage to GNP is already greater than the likely &quot;cost&quot; to address climate change. Add in the millions of new jobs in a green economy, and it makes sense to act. And once we act, we lead the world to act.</description>
